Annual Reports
(former “Manifestos”)

The Annual Report (former 'Manifesto') is written each year by all IDAY members. It is an assessment by African and European civil society organisations on the progress made with regards to basic education in Africa, and measures to be taken to realise the Education For All objectives by 2015. The Report assembles their observations and recommendations to effectively achieve the goals set in the Dakar Framework and the Millennium Development Goals, in particular with regards to access to quality basic education for the most vulnerable and marginalised children and youth.

The Report is sent by all IDAY-coalitions to the local authorities and by IDAY-International to the European authorities and to the Ambassadors of the African and European countries.
